We won a 2 night 3 day stay here at a Bunco fundraiser, and after reading some reviews I was a little worried but our room was beautiful everyone here was helpful and so nice we are having a great time!
So we will be returning!
The bathroom is beautiful clean and up to date!
They have a fridge in the room which I love!
Such a great place to stay!
I'm currently staying at the hotel and a fire alarm was pulled about an hour and a half ago.
My family and I swiftly exited our room and made our way through a crowded lobby, where casino and hotel guests were standing around - unsure of what to do and waiting for hotel staff to further direct them.
Front desk staff continued to check people in and take phone calls while the alarm continued.
Nobody from the hotel came over to instruct guests to head outside to safety note: on the back of the hotel room door, fire evacuation instructions say to do just that.
My family and I took it upon ourselves to exit the building to be safe, while all of the hotel staff continued business as usual under the unfounded assumption that it was a false alarm note: security later deemed it a false alarm, but hotel staff didn't know it wasn't the real thing while they ignored it and carried on.
It absolutely baffles me that this hotel doesn't have an emergency plan in place.
It's a huge liability.
Unfortunately, shootings happen too.
Without knowing for sure that it was a false alarm - or that there wasn't another reason that triggered the alarm - an evacuation and emergency process should have been set in motion swiftly and treated as first priority by hotel staff.
Not to distract from tonight's experience, but this isn't the first time my family has experienced something like this at this hotel.
On a previous stay, a sewage line burst.
Both times the staff was clearly untrained to handle such situations and guest safety was not treated as the utmost priority.
My sincere hope is that nobody on staff be penalized for this post.
Instead, I hope the staff gets adequate training for the safety of resort guests and themselves - after all, they're here more than any guest and should have the knowledge and liberty to protect their safety and encourage others to do so as well.
This is clearly an upper management - perhaps even corporate issue - that I do hope is handled swiftly.
Well laid out and a decent selection of games.
I would have given it a 4, but, dang.
Every trash container on the flowers r raidiates a horrific.
I moved from machines I really wanted to play, just because it was so bad.
I, at first thought it was just one and brought it to the attention of a floor person who informed me that the cans don't get washed, just emptied.
Since I have been getting away to this place and although the events are nice here, I would not continue coming here anymore rather I would go off to South Point which is A Lot nicer inside and out.
Whoever that cashier is, you have Zero work ethic!!!!
It has happened Plenty of times and instead of arguing with him, I walked away: how dare he was trying to argue with me!!!!
I bid goodbye to this place and won't spend a dime here due to that rude cashier trying to rip me off from exchanging change to bills.
Are you kidding me????
They should go by the rules that 'customers are always right' because we're the ones that give them any type of business.
Just this minor incident took place.
That is actually a fairly nice place to eat at.
I don't even know where to begin.
The only thing that was suitable was the room.
I enclosed a picture of the line during my check-in.
Two employees a long line.
When your customers are waiting 30 minutes plus to check-in and another room that is for your VIP customers and with 1 employees close the room and come over and help the other two employees.
Your in the Hospitality Industry.
Service is the Key.
Cross train your other employees from other parts of the casino during your peek hours,to be able to accommodate your customers.
When there are Concert Venue's that are at your other property locations such as your Buffalo, Staff your other Casinos with enough help to be able to accommodate your customers.
On this past Saturday, you failed.
The Monorail that takes you to the other side also was closed or not working.
However I did find out later that you provided a shuttle and again no communication to your guests or any other signs stating of this https://auction-mobiles.ru/and/alvin-and-the-chipmunks-3-casino.html />There is No entertainment at this location and the food, Foregetabouit.
I would not recommend this location.
We should have trusted the negative reviews as our short, one night stay was anything but restful.
Upon entering the casino, the first thing you notice is the stench of cigarette smoke.
The next thing you notice is the old 1990's style décor and interior.
It was like the place was never renovated.
After checking in, we walked through Building A which had a nice, clean hallway and looked to have new rooms.
We were cautiously optimistic.
After walking what felt like a mile, we entered Building B which took us back to the era when I was an adolescent learning about sex ed and basic geometry based on the interior.
Every other step we took, the floor creaked.
The carpet was worn out and the room doors resembled something you would find in an old psych ward.
By the time we entered our room, our expectations were less than zero.
The room was no different - the floor creaked, carpet looked so dirty you wouldn't dare walk barefoot, and the bed's springs were weak and the sleep was uncomfortable.
The TV had no movie channels and there were what seemed to be an equal number of local channels vs.
I think I counted 10 viewable to 9 static channels like a roller coaster of a baseball game where the bullpen can't hold any leads.
The anxiety was comparable.
Streaming through the channels and trying to figure out which channels actually worked was like a torturous game that kept me amused for 10 minutes.
Perhaps my favorite part primm resort and casino the night was being awoken at 3am to hear the ceiling creaking back and forth from what sounded like a parkour fest from the click here above and fearing they were going to fall through.
My wife and I had originally thought about taking our time the next morning with some breakfast and gambling, but we checked out faster than we could hit the snooze button on the alarm.
Food was decent and staff was friendly.
This will be the last time I stay here and next time will spend the extra time to drive to LV.
The only reason for me to stop by would be to fill up gas at the Chevron across the street from this place.
As I wrote, Building A looked to have newer rooms.
Perhaps if you pay more you can stay there.
Or, trust my review and the others and choose not to stay here.
Once upon a time a trip to Primm Valley was great fun for us.
Staff always took good care of us, the offers were amazing, and we felt appreciated.
Now with new management in place Primm is quickly becoming a dump.
Everything that made this place special has been cut.
Rooms are no longer cleaned during your stay.
This use to be optional but now its mandatory.
The hotel offers are a joke and the concerts which use to also been great are absolutely disappointing.
Too top it all off the outlet is literally down to a handful of stores as business keep fleeing Primm.
I'm not sure what management is thinking but if the plan is to drive Primm Valley into bankruptcy they are doing a good job of it.
Where's place ever please don't take your kids here all they do is smoke all day and I barely can even breathing Room Off the 15 freeway at Stateline.
It's a nice clean casino not crowded of course still your typical type Casino.
They have a buffet and small eating places around.
Good amount of parking as well.
Overall a nice stop if you need a pit stop, get hungry or just wanna gamble either before getting into Vegas or going home from Vegas.
We have been coming here for 30 years and have seen many changes.
Primm consists of three casinos.
Primm, Whiskey Pete's and Buffalo Bills.
In the past the owners of the resorts made it a quest for a guest at one casino to be able to visit the other two.
Today, because of poor corporate decisions of Affinity gaming, if you want to visit another local casino you have to walk across the I-15 to get to Whiskey Pete's or a short 10 minutes walk between Primm and Buffalo Bills.
There are monorails that use to ferry people between the different casinos and a shuttle bus as well.
Today the monorails stand as a tribute to earlier times and the shuttle bus only runs on Saturday between 7 am to midnight.
If I am going to drive between the resorts here I may as well include Terrible's only 11miles up the I-15.
The slotsmagic and conditions team is trying to figure out why people don't stop at Primm Valley Resorts any more.
Instead of making decisions that enhance a guests experience they have continued to cut corners with poor decisions in an apparent drive to get rid of the few of us that still frequent the place.
They have removed most of their slots, I am wondering if the new name will be "card parlor" instead of casino.
When was the last time you saw an advertisement for the Primm Valley Resorts?
When you tell your friends that you are going to a casino you probably think of the strip not Primm.
I use to say "stateline" even though that is actually in northern California and Nevada.
Now I just say Vegas so I don't have to explain where a place they never heard of is.
I saw the future of this area in a video game my son was playing.
It may become reality soon.
GRAB A CUP OF COFFEE AND KEEP GOING TILL YOU GET TO LAS VEGAS!!!
It's late and Vegas is another hour away by the time you get out of the car so why not try this place, I said to myself.
I need to stop listening to me and start checking reviews of perfect strangers on yelp they definitely know better.
Front desk gal actually said the hotel map is funded by the resort fee.
Restaurant "open" however they can't serve food because they don't have a cook?!?
Seriously Door seems like it's been broken into a few times scary flat pillow pillow not pillows.
Who needs more than one anyways in a two queen room?
Ac doesn't cool the room, good thing it's April and not August or you just may melt here.
Dust, a crazy amount of dust something I've never experienced in a hotel.
Grime on things you touch.
Carpet is extremely warn, and seems dirty.
Floors creak when you walk.
Mystery spills dried onto the furniture, white substance on the remote, urine on the already dirty toilets, and so much more.
Omg Our was stay here was so Bad!
We went to the Latin Legends Concert and Booked this Room in January there was about 20 of us attending the Event, concert we were Al so celebrating a Birthday we ate in the Hotel called Primm Country Buffet Omg this Food Horrible there was absolutely No taste in the food Bland Bland, But getting bad to the Hotel Room we Stud in the Re model part it had No Air and it was Dirty Dirty we found a Toothbrush in the Back of the TV stand and a Big Bug in the Hall way and in Our Room!
I will Never Never stay there I go to the Primm properties a ton.
I appreciate the unique challenge the properties have being isolated.
Las Vegas is a destination with plenty of foot traffic.
Primm needs to try to lure people from the highway, or make it more info destination in itself with free rooms, concerts or other comps.
I get that it's hard to maintain all the things that actually made it a stand alone destination in years past like rides, all restaurants open, monorail etc.
Need the foot traffic to justify operating and need the revenue to help maintain these things.
I love the promotions and comps.
I accept the bad with the good.
I understand the challenge of making this profitable.
However, I am starting to change my view as things are gradually changing for the worse.
The comped "free rooms".
Let's be honest, it's not really a resort fee.
Virtually all the things that would make it a resort, are closed.
So what am I paying for?
I guess technically, I am paying for a super cheap room.
I have tolerated Primm's bad gaming options for years, because of the comps, ease of using the monorail between locations, the rides etc.
I love blackjack, but never play at Primm.
Continuous shuffle machines and bad odds.
I never understood this philosophy at these Primm properties.
It's how the hotels not on the strip help attract clientele.
I don't think Primm has this luxury.
Primm has done this for years, but I never felt they were in a position that was beneficial for them to do so.
It could help lure people off the highway IMO.
Especially on a Sunday afternoon with traffic headed back to LA.
Also, the cut back on housekeeping and to market it as "going green"?
I have zero problem with that again I understand the challenges.
I think 1 out of 4 times I have succeeded at this.
That's not really all that appealing - I only do it because I don't like the interruption of house keeping and I keep my room clean anyway and get my own towels.
Those are my complaints, even still positives that keep me going back are as follows; Positives - Still no light system, or comp system on video poker machines at bar.
You can gamble without haggling with a light to get a comped drink.
IMO, this would be a huge mistake for this property.
Sad things is, this list of positives use to be a lot longer.
My list is shrinking.
Hoping things turn around.
The room had bugs and was not clean properly.
We also found someone else's dirty socks on the floor when we walked in.
Next time we go to a concert at State line I will make sure to get a hotel in Vegas.
It is sad to see click the whole Primm complex is in serious decline.
Although it is clean and the facilities are in reasonable shape, all the attractions are now closed and almost all of the food outlets are closed or gone at least during the week.
The outlets only have about 25% of the stores.
Many of the slot machines are gone.
Neat monorail is shut down.
You can waive this if you call housekeeping everyday.
The whole area is now mostly a travel pit stop.
Too bad, it had such promise at one time.
We used to go quite often.
I had a horrible experience.
I literally refused to stay there another night.
Walking into the bedroom the furniture was all scratched up, the tv didn't work, there was black smudge on the toilet seat, and some kind crusty stuff on the bed sheet of one and the other was not made up properly, and the carpet had bug be gone powder all over, I couldn't even put my suitcase on the floor.
When I went to the front desk to display my disappointment to the hotel manager.
He wasn't even surprised.
He stated they've had a lot of complaints, and that we should post on yelp.
I will honestly never go to this hotel again.
Not even for one night.
In the end, luckily for them, moved me into another room.
That was not good but better then what I had.
I don't recommend anyone to stay at this resort.
It's not worth it.
Front desk amazing professional employees Ms.
Always making us feel welcome and appreciated they know us by name and that makes all the difference.
Deon from Valet Parking is amazing and respectful he too knows us by name : Amanda and Frederic from marketing where extremely nice this Saturday 1-5-19 they helped us and guided us and how to purchase additional concern tickets and the ages in which kids star to pay.
We've been here since Friday 1-4-19 today is Monday night and we don't want to go back home.
Customers service makes all the difference!
Thank you Primm family for making us feel welcome and making our stay fun and safe for all our family!!!!!!!!
This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
So guest were walking into rooms that were already occupied by another guest!
Fold out mattress has mold, and blood stains.
First the good news.
As one earlier reviewer phrased it: "Do not believe any review above two stars.
They need to just shut it down for a few weeks and give it a decent cleaning.
We stayed here to get a jump on our trip home from hiking in ZionUT, thinking it would be cheaper to crash here than Vegas also.
I regret this decision.
ARRIVAL: Parked on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.
Then rode in a filthy floored elevator down to street level before continuing our trek to inconveniently located lobby.
What an unfortunate first impression.
The Men's Restroom at the entrance had hunks of someone else's toilet paper all around in the stall.
REGISTRATION: The first sign that check-in was going to be an ordeal was the airport style rope lines at the registration desk.
It took us from 2:40 to nearly 3:00pm to get our keys from the unsmiling receptionist who truly looked like she did NOT enjoy her job.
AND NOW, ON TO THE ROOM.
We had just spent the three previous nights in a Holiday Inn Express in Zion, UT.
That was truly the Ritz Carlton compared to this hotel.
Desk woman told us it was for the wi-fi.
FINAL THOUGHTS: Was so glad to leave this hotel!
As we left, a friendly older gentleman rode the elevator down with us.
After some small talk he mentioned this was the best of the 3 hotels Whiskey Pete's, Primm Valley Resort, and?
If so, I would hate to see those.
I suppose if you can only do one thing right, have a good clean comfortable bed.
They got that part right.
That's all the kind words I can think of for Primm Valley Resort.
I would not advise anyone I liked to stay here, period.
It is a disgusting dump.
UPDATE 20 OCT 2018: Lowered my review from two stars to one after noticing they actually have someone disputing guest complaints rather than addressing them.
Reviewer "Casino E" calling someone 'a false traveler'?!
When multiple people notice and complain about the same cleanliness and maintenance issues, months apart, and document it with photos each time, maybe it's time you try doing some actual housekeeping and maintenance for a change instead of impugning your former customers' integrity.
We have been going to Primm Valley for years.
We gamble quite a bit and usually get rooms comped.
We went last night to stay and had another couple joining us.
When we tried to get an additional room with our points they tell us that rooms went from 4,000-10,000 points for a Sunday night to 62,000!
Then the room that was given to us was disgusting.
The place was dead!
We ended up getting our money back and heading home to California instead.
Stateline is horrible now.
Prefer driving to Laughlin for a descent meal, hotel and stay.
As good as it gets!
So we will be returning!
The bathroom is beautiful clean and up to date!
They have a fridge in the room which I love!
Such a great place to stay!

It's a nice clean casino not crowded of course still your typical type Casino.
They have a buffet and small eating places around.
Good amount of parking as well.
Overall a nice stop if you need a pit stop, get hungry or just wanna gamble either before getting into Vegas or going home from Vegas.

The corporate team is trying to figure out why people don't stop at Primm Valley Resorts any more.

I appreciate the unique challenge the properties have being isolated.
Las Vegas is a destination with plenty of foot traffic.
Primm needs to try to lure people from the highway, or make it a destination in itself with free rooms, concerts or other comps.
I get that it's hard to maintain all the things that actually made it a stand alone destination in years past like rides, all restaurants open, monorail etc.
Need the foot traffic to justify operating and need the revenue to help maintain these things.
I love the promotions and comps.
article source accept the bad with the good.

A few… I have stayed at all the Primm Valley resorts numerous times, but I stay at Primm the most.
Rides, shuttles, all restaurants etc.
Check website for times.
This gives you a general idea, but this may need some updating as well - as last time I checked, Back 9 doesn't even serve food anymore and they still have that listed.
To rank actual hotel room stay.
Note - rankings based on obtaining a remodeled room at WP or BB.
I'd rather https://auction-mobiles.ru/and/viking-gods-thor-and-loki-slot-machine.html at Whiskey Pete's rooms remodeled rooms are nicebut I don't like their bar and gaming set up.
The monorail doesn't always run and the shuttles can be slow.
I always end up walking, it's not too far of a walk maybe 10-15 minutes topsbut going under the dark freeway underpass late at night with nobody out doesn't seem like a smart idea.
I prefer Primm's Casino, as their gaming is 24 hours unlike Whiskey Pete's table games and Primm has craps tables.
Primm has nicer bars too and a nice sportsbook area.
If the monorail is closed and I get the itch for live music at the BB bar, or going to a concert the walk from Primm to Buffalo Bills is like 5 minutes and feels much safer more wide open with foot traffic - as opposed to walk from WP.
Primm's rooms are older and in need of remodel.
Personally, I don't mind the old TV, old fixtures etc.
I just ask that my room be clean and in reasonable working order.
Most times it is.
Not sure why they chose to remodel the rooms for WP before Primm I go to Primm because of the comps and their players club.
I never have to pay for a room and even get free concert tickets, free dinner events and even some free play.
It doesn't take much gambling to earn comps either.
Another reason, is that its more mellow than Vegas.
vikki and vance casino your homework on what restaurants, pools, rides etc.

AND NOW, ON TO THE Computer slot />We had just spent the three previous nights in a Holiday Inn Express in Zion, UT.
I would not advise anyone I liked free games ben 10 online play stay here, period.

MY PHONE WAS DEAD, I began noticing more and more issues.
This place is a tired, rundown facility.
Management should be ashamed.
Sears is run better than this.
An earlier guest said, "Do not believe any review above two stars.
Some of the positive reviews are folks who apparently just hit the casino and won a few bucks; ie, not hotel guests.
Some of the good reviews seem fake.
Henry M, for instance.
ARRIVAL: Parked on the 3rd floor of the parking garage, then rode the filthy elevator down to street level before continuing our hunt for the lobby, which turns out to be quite far from parking, as well as being far from the entrance.
No covered temporary close-up parking for check in, which any modern hotel seems to have.
A previous reviewer mentioned a dirty elevator.
ALL 3 that I rode were filthy.
The elevator near the gift shop gave us a scary shake at one point.
The men's restroom near the gift shop had pieces of someone's toilet paper all around in the stall.
Prior guest Yelped about this in the past also, and even posted a photo of it.
Looked the same again.
LOBBY: The first sign that check-in was going to be a hassle was the crowd at the airport-style rope lines at the registration desk being helped by only TWO clerks.
It took us from 2:40 to nearly 3:00 pm to get our turn and get keys from the unsmiling receptionist.
I think this was a new record for slowest check-in for me, including my visit to China.
How can a hotel make people WAIT so long.
They had a nice wide check-in counter.
Is it so hard to bring out one or two more clerks for peak times?
AND NOW, ON TO THE ROOM.
When I noticed the fridge was gone from our room, I tried to report it.
Then I noted the bathroom was half dark due to a dead bulb, so I began this list.
Dirty floor carpet was photographed by "Deb D.
It was a shame to get into a clean bed with bare feet that had touched that carpet.
We were just back from Zion Natl Park; ie, not here to exercise.
We got enough of this web page workout just schlepping bags to our room.
The lonely lady at the gift shop about the only cheerful staff member we met had zero customers.
Any postcards for sale?
CHECKOUT: Clerk asked for my credit card AND ID on checkout.
I had produced it upon check-in the day prior!
Besides, the room had been paid in advance on Travelocity.
Desk woman told us it was "for the wi-fi.
This is a filthy place and I hated being here by 10 minutes after we got our room.
TO MANAGEMENT: Housekeeping should never release dirty, damaged rooms to the front desk to give out.
Housekeeping does not clean rooms to the standard they should be up to.
Perhaps they are not given the time or resources.
Either way, that's management's fault.
Any cleaning staff should be able to take a room offline for any maintenance issue they see.
Nice Carpet, False Traveler.
When my photo was taken, the lobby elevator was indeed a hot mess - the floor was tragic.
Maybe they finally fixed a problem, hmm??
The nut that holds the lampshade on was gone.
The bulb from this lamp worked in the bathroom though, where the bulb was out.
Oh, wait; there wasn't one.
But we did have a lamp.
I've seen nicer stuff at Goodwill.

We ended free games ben 10 online play getting our money back and heading home to California instead.
Stateline is horrible now.
Prefer driving to Laughlin for a descent meal, hotel and stay.
